| Abstract: | The present work, raises as a general objective, to analyze the impact of the segregation of family businesses from the Family Group of the corporate structure belonging to the Graiman Industrial Group, to determine the feasibility of decisions, in order to know the impact, it generates at the national economic level and even international. |
