Abstract

The theme is to develop an easy-to-use web application whose purpose is that each user can correctly notify the incidents presented by their work team and have the opportunity to be attended to in a reasonable time depending on the type of incident and that, in addition, the team in charge can show reports with the data of the incidents that have been attended and based on that, be able to carry out an in-depth analysis and make decisions based on historical information.
