| Abstract: | The present work used the quantitative descriptive analysis method, because it allowed to analyze specific facts and situations, proceeding to collect 288 feces samples from sick animals. The study variables were sex, age, race. The results showed that when analyzing the samples, 20.1%, which represents 58 samples, gave a positive result for the prevalence of Fasciola hepatis through coprological analysis, and 79.9%, which represents 230 samples, were negative. |
| Translated abstract: | El presente trabajo se utilizó el método de análisis descriptivo cuantitativo, por que permitió analizar hechos y situaciones específicas, procediendo a recolectar 288 muestras de heces de animales enfermos. Las variables de estudio fueron sexo, edad, raza. Los resultados mostraron que al analizar las muestras el 20,1% que representa a 58 muestran dieron resultado positivo de prevalencia de Fasciola hepática mediante análisis coprológico realizado y el 79,9% que representa a 230 muestras fueron negativas. |
