Procesos de comunicación comunitaria en el grupo de whatsapp “chat de seguridad” del barrio el Cabre

Abstract

This research work is focused on analyzing and evaluating the context of community communication in the neighborhood El Cabre. community that in recent years has been developing exponentially which has generated that this is organized through its committee pro improvements for the creation of a community chat called "Chat de seguridad", being this a means and channel of community communication that allows to know more about security in the area and its various needs, in this article is handled by a main research question which raises recognize, What are the processes of community communication present in the WhatsApp group "Chat de seguridad"? This by actions that helped to record the information of the WhatsApp group "Chat de Seguridad" shared by the community; identify the community communication processes in the "Chat de Seguridad" of the neighborhood and analyze the impact of the information shared in the WhatsApp group. Finding that there is a very active, united community that seeks ways and tools necessary to ensure the safety of the neighborhood, with the expectation of improving the living conditions of the community in this case through virtual and face-to-face interaction.
