| Abstract: | The research was carried out in order to establish an instrument to determine the working conditions of motorbike taxi drivers in Ecuador, a quantitative exploratory study was established, the state of the art was studied and the validation of the instrument was determined by Cronbach's Alpha coefficient (0.70). Finally, an analysis of the results in the socio-economic field, health and traffic accidents was carried out. |
| Translated abstract: | Se realizó la investigación con el fin de establecer un instrumento para determinar las condiciones laborales de los conductores del mototaxi en el Ecuador, se estableció un estudio cuantitativo de tipo exploratorio, se estudió el estado del arte y la validación del instrumento fue determinado por el coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach (0,70). Finalmente, un análisis de los resultados en el ámbito socioeconómico, salud y siniestros de tránsito. |
