Abstract: Occupational stress for this year is already considered within the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-011), having a high level of mortality due to heart attacks, thus the current work took it as a reference. During the last years the COVID-19 virus quickly became a pandemic and a worldwide health emergency, which brought with it several problems not only economic, political, social, among others, but one of the most important is health and the high rate of people who began to present diseases related to the virus such as stress. Thus, information has been collected on the index, its effects and causes, specifically in employees working in the importing company Espinoza, which obtained a high percentage of employees who have stress. This research has a reflexive approach, the same that has been worked from different theories, taking into account the results obtained by the tools that have been used such as surveys and tests presented, to cut information based on the problem. The main objective of the research is to collect all the information presented thanks to a previous intervention that had the purpose of preventing work stress in the employees of the company mentioned above, also the systematization brought to light the information of other works on stress that indicate percentages similar to those collected, being an important database to continue working with the prevention and reduction of this disease that is of great importance to lead a healthy mental life.
