Abstract

Ecuador has many unimaginable places and the Daule canton is one of them, rich in agriculture where its main products are mango and rice, the latter being its forte and hence its nickname as the rice capital of Ecuador, the problem of This project is to show the positive changes that Daule has been having with the last two mayors during these last twenty years. For this project, the qualitative method and techniques such as the snowball and direct observation were used, with this it is possible to select the participating sample that were authorities and residents of the sector who knew how to express their observations, showing valuable function for the production of the documentary. giving as a result the improvement that this canton has had has been evident but there are still shortcomings to improve, mainly with problems such as delinquency and drug addiction among young people from Daule, which is why the mayor has stated that he will continue working to turn Daule into something better and that competes with the neighboring canton such as Guayaquil and why not, see it as a future metropolis.
