| Abstract: | Businesses are born to make money by serving the market in a profitable, successful and competitive way. The advance of marketing towards digital marketing (DM) has been as dizzying as the market demands, contemplating the application of technologies to communicate, deliver and increase value to customers. The article addresses knowledge about the implementation of DM, with the objective of analyzing the benefits for service SMEs. A quantitative, descriptive and field design research is conducted; the population has a probability sample of 384 individuals. The information was collected by means of a survey instrumented with a questionnaire, complemented with interviews to managers of the sector. |
| Translated abstract: | Los negocios nacen para ganar dinero sirviendo al mercado de manera rentable, exitosa y competitiva. El avance del marketing hacia el marketing digital (MD), ha sido tan vertiginoso como el mercado lo exige, contemplando la aplicación de las tecnologías para comunicar, entregar y aumentar el valor a los clientes. En el artículo se abordan conocimientos sobre la implementación del MD, con el objetivo de analizar los beneficios para Pymes de servicio. Se realiza una investigación cuantitativa, descriptiva y diseño de campo; la población tiene como muestra probabilística de 384 individuos. La información fue recabada por encuesta instrumentada con un cuestionario, complementada con entrevistas a gerentes del sector. |
