| Abstract: | The purpose of this titling work is to demonstrate the importance of organizing the watersheds and regulating the rivers of Cuenca. Taking as a clear example the Machángara river basin; which has excellent management and use. This has allowed the regulation of the flow. |

La cuenca en mención cuenta con una excelente gestión y aprovechamiento, lo que ha permitido la regulación del caudal. |
