Abstract: The Planning, Organization, Management and Control is study according to specification required Good Market for which to analyze the surrounding of this for to elaborate a correctly organizational structure that allows a best distribution of works positions to realize a SWOT Matrix and BCG for to identify the best products and markets opportunities, taking advantage of the strategic planning for to increase sales and income as not incur expenses unnecessary.
Translated abstract: Se estudia la planificación, organización, dirección y control según las especificaciones requeridas en Good Market por la cual se analiza el entorno de este para elaborar una correcta estructura organizacional que permita una mejor distribución de labores realizando la Matriz FODA Y BCG para identificar los mejores productos y oportunidades en el mercado a desempeñar, aprovechando la planeación estratégica para aumentar las ventas e ingresos para así no incurrir en gastos innecesarios.
