| Abstract: | The project was carried out in order to solve the existing problem on planning, control and the history of maintenance carried out on the vehicle fleet and minor equipment that the GAD of the canton of El Tambo has in its jurisdiction. In addition, to carry out the project, the current state of the assets was determined, the breakdowns that occur most frequently, the organization and the efficiency of the personnel were improved. |
| Translated abstract: | Se realizó el proyecto con el fin de solucionar la problemática existente sobre la planificación, control y el historial de mantenimientos que se realizan a la flota vehicular y equipos menores que tiene en su jurisdicción el GAD del cantón El Tambo. Además, para llevar a cabo el proyecto se determinó el estado actual de los activos, las averías que se presentan con mayor frecuencia, se mejoró la organización y la eficiencia del personal. |
