Desarrollo de una aplicación Web y móvil que permita la asignación automática, gestión y monitoreo de los trámites de transferencia que administra el Consorcio Jurídico Orquera & Orquera

Abstract

The information system that manages and monitors the procedures for transferring the solution to the problem presented by the Orquera & Orquera legal consortium, this allows the orderly management of the same as the administrative organization. It is so worth to mention that the system facilitates the entry of users and clients, storing all this data for the generation of reports, improves the assignment of procedures to the user according to their workload and execution time, however, this is possible thanks to the elaboration of an algorithm. The documentation presents below a division into chapters to better understand, such as the analysis, design, development and testing of the software in its two versions: web and mobile, which are developed under two programming languages that are PHP with its Symfony framework 5.2 and React Native respectively. In addition, so that all the information is legible, diagrams of each of its characteristics are made, starting with its database to its interfaces, which are developed with distinctive colors of the organization. After carrying out the entire analysis process, we continue with the final testing stage, which in addition to guaranteeing quality, also verifies the function of the application and each of its modules.
