Abstract

This project aims to carry out a general analysis of the benefits of the Assessment Center in the personnel selection process, in service companies in the years 2011 to 2021. And in this way demonstrate the scope that could be achieved by implementing this technique. in the companies of our country. And since it would have a significant impact on the development of companies, they opt for this type of tool for personnel selection. Being a systematic review, the documentary methodology will be used, which is based on an analysis of papers, with which we will work in detail. Where the use of these conceptual aspects that are required for the work to be carried out is explained and justified. These will allow knowing about the use of this tool for service companies in the city of Quito.
