Abstract: It exposes the panorama on the challenges of the Bilingual Intercultural Community Educational Centers of the educational district 03D02 Cañar-Ecuador, in the access to technology as a right and educational resource for educational innovation. The results show a very limited access to technological resources.
Translated abstract: Expone el panorama sobre los desafíos de los Centros Educativos Comunitarios Interculturales Bilingües del distrito educativo 03D02 Cañar-Ecuador, en el acceso a la tecnología como derecho y recurso educativo para la innovación educativa. Los resultados muestran un acceso muy limitado a los recursos tecnológicos.
