| Abstract: | In this project we analyze the maintenance history of the vehicle fleet, to determine the number of failures, the percentage of failures, the percentage of costs, and with this information we elaborate a Pareto diagram. In addition, with the help of the international standards ISO JA1011 and JA1012, criteria are proposed to estimate the criticality of each failure. Finally, a maintenance plan is prepared indicating the activities to be performed based on the criticality for each type of vehicle. |
| Translated abstract: | En el presente proyecto se analiza el historial de mantenimiento de la flota vehicular, para determinar el número de fallos, los porcentajes de fallos, el porcentaje de costos, con esta información elaboramos un diagrama de Pareto. Además con ayuda de la normativa internacional ISO JA1011 y JA1012, se plantean criterios para estimar la criticidad de cada falla. Finalmente se elabora el plan de mantenimiento indicando las actividades a realizarse en base a la criticidad para cada tipo de vehículos. |
