This, with the purpose of improving important aspects of the worker's health, we will understand how staying for long hours in the same posture can affect in the deterioration of the organism, generating both physical and psychological discomfort in the person. |

Esto, con el propósito de mejorar aspectos importantes sobre la salud del trabajador, entenderemos como al permanecer por largas horas en una misma postura puede incidir en el deterioro del organismo, generando un malestar tanto físico como psicológico en la persona. |
