| Abstract: | The present research work was carried out to analyze and know the factors that influence the work stress of the servers and what is the impact of productivity in the Institution, likewise with the results obtained, continuous improvement strategies were proposed and raised the corresponding conclusions and recommendations, which will be very useful for decision-making and the well-being of the institution's staff. |
| Translated abstract: | El presente trabajo de investigación fue realizado para analizar y conocer los factores que influyen en el estrés laboral de los servidores y cuál es el impacto de la productividad en la Institución, así mismo con los resultados obtenidos, se propuso estrategias de mejora continua y se planteó las conclusiones y recomendaciones correspondientes, las mismas que, serán de gran utilidad para la toma de decisiones y el bienestar del personal de la institución. |
