Abstract

The purpose of this work is to study the DMAIC methodology, which enhances the requirement process for credit cards delivery throughout its fives phases: to define, measure, analyze, improve, and manage; Steps that are held in the aforementioned order until getting the required result with the help of feasible and straightforward solutions, starting with the diagnosis and presentation of the issue, achieving in this way, an effective service that remains through time, turning it competitive and always having the client at the center of the project. To achieve this, the management phase will be determining and fundamental to promote evolution and continuous improvement, the main objective of the Six Sigma system, to which the DMAIC tool belongs.
