Abstract

The general objective of this project is the development of a leadership and administration program for a Carton Industry, a diagnosis of compliance with the Leadership and Administration program was carried out, through policies through the use of the compliance level results table. From the evaluation developed to be able to respond in a convenient way to events that could be presented in the activities carried out by the industry, this project was concentrated from the top management to the operational level.
