Ltda., In some market segments, and the entry of competitors in the sector have hindered the desired economic development, capturing a larger market and identifying new segments. This problem has motivated the manager of the company in finding new ways to make themselves known within the market. However, the company does not have a marketing department which makes it difficult to carry out a thorough study on the subject.
