| Abstract: | In this research work, 200 pathways between females and males were selected for blood sampling evaluating brucella spp.The sampling was carried out in a livestock area of Chorocopte parish in the city of Cañar. Where a laboratory test (blockage ELISA) was performed on the blood serum analyzing the results using descriptive statistics and represented what was obtained in graphs. |
| Translated abstract: | En el presente trabajo de investigación se seleccionó a 200 caninos entre hembras y machos para un muestreo en sangre evaluando la prevalencia de Brucela spp. El muestreo fue realizado en una zona ganadera como es la parroquia Chorocopte de la ciudad de Cañar. Donde se realizó una prueba de laboratorio (ELISA de bloqueo) en el suero sanguíneo analizando los resultados mediante estadística descriptiva y representando lo obtenido en gráficos. |
