Producción de un podcast sobre las políticas que promueve la fundación Nina Warmi, para garantizar los derechos de las mujeres que sufren violencia intrafamiliar, durante la pandemia.

Abstract

Since 2020 the covid-19 was unleashed worldwide, therefore the government of each country took preventive measures to avoid the spread of the virus. Confinement is one of them, which is why domestic violence increased on a large scale, because women are trapped in their homes with the aggressor. Data collection and interviews allow us to understand the context of domestic violence, therefore, it helps to make visible organizations that seek equality. And in this case it is Nina Warmi, it is a foundation that offers a helping hand, which cares about psychological, physical and emotional well-being, through workshops, training and visibility of the cases that occur daily. Currently, from January to July of this year, there were 71 femicides, 34 violent deaths due to organized crime and 5 transfemicides, in total 110 cases. The podcast is a communication tool that reflects the reality of domestic violence with different women who tell their testimony through a protected name, to protect their emotional, psychological and physical integrity, where they mention the social impact that the Nina Warmi Foundation has had on their strengthening and growth. We must assume the social responsibility that we have in the face of this situation of violence, judge less and support, love and understand more, unite and raise our voices for those who are and those who are not, so that there is not one less, we love each other alive, free, happy and safe.
