| Abstract: | In recent years, several research papers have focused on improving the educational process of automation and control techniques. Seeking to bring to the student a greater interactivity in their learning, allowing them through practices to use the knowledge acquired in the classroom. The use of real practices facilitates understanding and reflection on mathematical concepts and conceptual criteria in the resolution of problems at the level of industrial automation. This degree work implemented a high-end and last generation PLC, adapting it to a didactic module that can interact with a plant at a level process scale. By means of a practice manual, the student can carry out the programming of the PLC, real connections of sensors and actuators, and apply fuzzy logic controllers. |
| Translated abstract: | En los últimos años varios de trabajos de investigación se han enfocado en la mejora del proceso educativo de técnicas de automatización y control. Buscando llevar al estudiante una mayor interactividad en su aprendizaje, que le permita mediante prácticas emplear el conocimiento adquirido en las aulas. El uso de prácticas facilita la comprensión y reflexión sobre los conceptos y criterios conceptuales de problemas en la industria específicamente en la automatización industrial. El presente trabajo de titulación implementó un PLC de gama alta y de última generación adaptándolo a un módulo didáctico que puede interactuar con una planta a escala. Mediante un manual de prácticas, el estudiante puede realizar la programación del PLC, conexiones reales de sensores y actuadores, y aplicar controladores de lógica difusa. |
