Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the creation and strengthening of the artisan textile workshops of the Cuenca canton, innovating their businesses, simplifying four large areas through the Canvas model client, offer, infrastructure and economic viability in a table with all the details to have a clear idea and complete strategic planning of the company.
