| Abstract: | This work establishes the incidence of pH and culture medium in obtaining the pigment (cinnabarin) from the fungus Pycnoporus sanguineus. The study variables were analyzed using a 2² factorial design, the results obtained determined that these factors are significantly and independently involved in obtaining the pigment. |
| Translated abstract: | Este trabajo establece la incidencia del pH y medio de cultivo en la obtención del pigmento (cinabarina) a partir del hongo Pycnoporus sanguineus. Las variables de estudio se analizaron mediante un diseño factorial 2², los resultados obtenidos determinaron que estos factores intervienen significativamente y de manera independiente en la obtención del pigmento. |
