Abstract: The analysis was carried out focused on the study of the organizational structure that is currently managed by the company, in order to determine all the factors that are hindering the growth of the company, causing this inconvenience within it, all this analysis proving to give the appropriate recommendations to have a better management and knowledge of good administration.
Translated abstract: Se realizó el análisis enfocado en el estudio de la estructura organizativa que actualmente es manipulada por la empresa, con el propósito de determinar todos los factores que están obstaculizando el crecimiento de la empresa, provocando esto inconvenientes dentro de la misma, todo este análisis permitió dar las recomendaciones adecuadas para tener un mejor manejo y conocimiento de una buena administración.
