| Abstract: | This study allows us to know the development of the electoral process, based on the legal scope of the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador and the Organic Electoral Law (Code of Democracy), and therefore highlight the leading role of the citizens and actors who intervened in these electoral elections. |
| Translated abstract: | Este estudio permite conocer el desarrollo del proceso electoral, sustentado en el ámbito legal de la Constitución de la República del Ecuador y la Ley Orgánica Electoral (Código de la Democracia), y por ende destacar el papel protagónico de la ciudadanía y actores que intervinieron en estos comicios electorales. |
