Factores que inciden en el fracaso de emprendimientos en la ciudad de Daule- Cabecera Cantonal

Abstract

This academic article identifies the main factors that affect the failure of entrepreneurship in Daule city- Head district. The objective of the study was to evaluate, diagnose and determine those factors that manage to affect the ventures in Daule city motivating the closure of the business in order to propose actions that can minimize this behavior. The qualitative methodology will be applied through interviews with experts on the subject of entrepreneurship and quantitative analysis obtained through surveys. The results analyzed from the surveys and interviews were considered to have an impact on business closures because of the lack of business planning, mismanagement of income and expenses, lack of financing, low sales, and poor business location. It was possible to analyze that people of this city undertake out of necessity, lack of employment and even because they prefer to be their own boss, and it is also determined that entrepreneurs do not attend training because of the ignorance of the entities or institutions that teach them. This article analyzed the importance for entrepreneurs to train in management issues to undertake and thus be able to develop their ideas correctly and in turn carry out a good business plan, in addition to minimizing the risks of business failure.
