Creación de una empresa para la gestión del almacenamiento de archivos digitales en la nube para empresas de importación de repuestos en Quito

Abstract

The objective of the project contemplates the implementation of the system of digitalization and storage of files in the cloud in the companies of import of spare parts in the city of Quito, therefore, an analysis of the needs of the companies that import spare parts and in which is evidenced that they use excess paper and lack of space in their computers. The project aims to reduce the use of paper and that companies store their information on our servers, the idea is that companies can access the information of the organization from any geographical site. Through the use of statistical methods, field research was carried out on the companies that import spare parts, it is concluded that there are a total of 25 companies registered in the AEADE (Association of Automotive Companies of Ecuador) that are dedicated in Quito to import spare parts, These companies constitute the population for our study, and in 100% of them it is stated that they are willing to use the service.
