| Abstract: | The present work has the general objective of designing the Recruitment, Selection, and Remuneration procedures, allowing the establishment of guidelines for the proper use, determining the tasks to be carried out and those responsible for them, which allows determining the needs of the organization that was the object of study regarding the management of human resources in the aforementioned dimensions. |
| Translated abstract: | El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo general diseñar los procedimientos de Reclutamiento, Selección, Remuneración, permitiendo establecer los lineamientos para el adecuado uso, determinando las labores a efectuarse, los responsables de las mismas y las necesidades de la organización que fue objeto de estudio con respecto a la gestión de recursos humanos en las dimensiones mencionadas. |
