Proyecto de los sistemas de agua potable y de alcantarillado de la Comunidad San Luis de Ichisi, ubicada en la parroquia Tabacundo, cantón Pedro Moncayo, provincia de Pichincha-Ecuador

Abstract

This project is oriented to the design of the potable water system and sewage system for the San Luis de Ichisi community, located in the Pedro Moncayo canton, parish of Tabacundo. This community does not have a sewerage system and the potable water service is a distribution network that crosses properties. The systems of the potable water and sewerage network was design under standards and specifications of the country, achieving efficient systems that improve the quality of life and care of the environment. For this project, the future population was estimated through two methods. The design period for the potable water system is 25 years, and the design period for the sewer system is 30 years. The potable water system is a closed distribution network that will work by force of gravity and follows the guidelines of the community streets. Due to its topography, the sewage system is combined, which will collect sewage and rainwater, and treated water discharges will be at the Cananvalle ravine. The parameters VAN, TIR and benefit / cost were obtained by the economic and financial analysis, which are favorable values for the execution of this project.
