El cierre de las escuelas comunitarias y su incidencia en el proceso educativo. Análisis de caso en la comunidad Santa Anita de Ancholag del Cantón Cayambe.

Abstract

This research work analyzes the impact caused by the closure of David Manangón community school through the direct collaboration of students, parents, teachers and community leaders, who contribute to discern the problems generated after the closure of the institution. The purpose of research is to determine how the educational subjects were affected but endured this situation in the field of education which also highlights the most outstanding causes and effects of this problem. The research is based on several contributions from authors who reflect on this situation and that helped to constitute a theoretically founded work. In methodological terms, it was decided to apply a type of exploratory-descriptive study method also the inductive method was used and for the collection of information work was carried out using qualitative techniques such as ethnography and participant observation, questionnaires and interviews were applied as the most appropriate instruments to complement the objective of the research. The information analyzed determined that the principal affected people were the students without school, parents and teachers who lived with the uncertainty of the repent closure of the school. Consequently, the decisions taken by the government in its eagerness to modernize education were not entirely correct, nor was the necessary follow-up given, as in this particular case, resulting in a standardized education that requires the students of a community to make changes that lead to the loss of their own context and cultural identity
