Abstract

The proposed technical project allows the development and implementation of a fixed asset management system, which carries out the control and registration of the assets assigned to the workers of the CNEL EP UN GLR Company, in the Durán, Daule and Quevedo systems with a database restructuring, optimizing processes of user registration, employee registration, asset allocation, workers, updating and assignment of group, subgroup and Type of asset portfolio. Reducing the needs of users, performing efficient functions that they used to do manually, did not have a centralized database, did not perform depreciation, derecognition of assets or transfers, did not perform searches for goods and in turn did not generate a delivery certificate of transfer of assets to employees digitally.
