| Abstract: | The present investigation was developed with the purpose of improving the environmental situation of the distribution center De Prati SA, and compliance with the environmental norm applicable to the organization is guaranteed, as well as the obligations generated with the obtaining of the environmental registration as it is a company of Low impact. The conformity matrix and not the applied application is shown by the breach of the ministerial agreement 061 that indicates the reform of book VI of the TULSMA. |
| Translated abstract: | La presente investigación se desarrolló con la finalidad de mejorar la situación ambiental del centro de Distribución De Prati S. A., y garantizar el cumplimiento de la legislación ambiental aplicable a la organización, considerando las obligaciones generadas con la obtención del registro ambiental al ser una empresa de bajo impacto. La matriz de conformidad y no conformidades aplicada, muestra el incumplimiento del acuerdo ministerial No. 061 que señala la reforma del libro VI del TULSMA. |
