Análisis, diseño, desarrollo e implementación de un sistema de gestión de inventarios bienes tecnológicos para la Superintendencia del Control del Poder del Mercado SCPM

Abstract

The SCMP currently presents a problem of control of inventories of technological goods because it does not know the status, physical location, to which official it belongs, guarantee time, planned time for scheduled maintenance and in the case of licenses expiration time of these. For this reason it is proposed to design, develop and implement a system of inventory of technological goods for the technology department of the SCPM. The methodology to be used in this case is Extreme Programming (XP), it was the most efficient due to its agility that exists throughout the process, allowing spontaneous meetings for the generation of an inventory system. The creation of the software will help to maintain control of the inventory of physical and logical goods of the SCPM, which have been designated to the respective officials, in the technology department, all the information that will be handled in this application is of vital importance as for example, physical goods are considered computers, printers, monitors, ip phones, data center equipment, among others. It is also considered as logical goods to the licenses of systems, computer packages, among others. The purpose of this implementation is that they have an inventory system of technological goods for the technology department of the SCPM in order to maintain control over them and thus achieve effective management of said goods, at the end of the project the department of SCPM technology may implement the software in the departments it deems necessary.
