Sistematización del proyecto de intervención con docentes en la unidad educativa fiscomisional San Patricio en el año lectivo 2018- 2019, desde un enfoque sistémico familiar para la promoción del buen trato.

Abstract

This document systematizes the learning achieved in a process of accompaniment to teachers, carried out in the Educational Unit San Patricio (UESPA), in the year 2019. The lack of spaces for the discharge of tensions, anxiety and anguish characteristic of the daily life of the teachers motivated by the development of an accompaniment project where dialogue, contention and learning were fostered based on one's own experiences of life in the family, with the purpose of generating a good deal in different dimensions of the teacher's interaction. The lack of economic resources, the work environment, the social environment of the students, the indiscipline, the stressors in the relationships within the teaching process, being the physical, emotional and social well-being of the teachers relevant to this process walk towards good treatment. The individual and group spaces provided teachers with the search for adequate strategies for coping with personal, family and work situations, from reflection to discourse towards a new behavior. It is thus important to recover this experience to analyze the interaction between the different structures (individual, family, institution) and the modification of the forms of relationship. For the analysis of the experience described above, it is managed under the systemic approach, within which Minuchin (1997), among others, is taken as a reference; that allow reflecting on the roles assumed in the institution, the interaction with families, teacher support networks and crisis management.
