| Abstract: | In the present technical project, the quality control in the welded structure of the Land Terminal of Gualaceo Canton is carried out through the regulations: RTE INEN 040 and AWS D1.1. To this end, a procedure was developed (complemented with matrices) for: welder qualification test, welding procedures, non-destructive tests (visual inspection, liquid penetrating testing, ultrasonic testing). |
| Translated abstract: | En el presente proyecto técnico se realiza el control de calidad en la estructura soldada del Terminal Terrestre del Cantón Gualaceo, mediante las normativas: RTE INEN 040 y AWS D1.1. Para ello se elaboró un procedimiento (complementado con matrices) para: calificación de soldadores, procedimientos de soldadura, ensayos no destructivos (inspección visual, tintas penetrantes, ultrasonido industrial). |
