Abstract: | The present article is made comparing techniques to reduce the PAPR of a 5G GFDM signal within a real-time transmission system by means of a reconfigurable radio device defined by USRP software. The peak window techniques (Hanning, Hamming and Kaiser) and clipping (classic clipping and soft clipping) were probabilistically analyzed where it was showed that the difference between these techniques are not significant, the classical clipping technique reduces more the PAPR by 4.83dB. |
