| Resumen traducido: | La presente sistematización se enfoca en la intervención psicosocial que se realizó en el barrio Bellavista al norte de Quito mediante los servicios del centro comunitario “Casa Somos Bellavista”, la sistematización busca dar a conocer el alcance del trabajo realizado durante 6 meses dentro del barrio, en el cual se realizó un diagnóstico que permitió evidenciar las problemáticas barriales y a partir de las cuales se generó estrategias de intervención. Este trabajo tiene un enfoque de corte transversal, porque se realizó en una población determinada (grupos etarios), niños y niñas de (6-12) años, adolescentes de (13-16) años, jóvenes de (17-28) años, adultos de (29-59) años, y adultos mayores (60 o más) y en un tiempo definido, en el que se recolectó una serie de datos clave. Dentro de este periodo de intervención se buscó el Fortalecimiento organizacional del barrio Bellavista. Con la sistematización se busca hacer énfasis en la importancia de la intervención a nivel de la organización barrial, cuales es la importancia de la estructura organizacional, los diferentes roles dentro del barrio, las dinámicas barriales y su similitud con la organización empresarial. |
| Resumen : | The present systematization focuses on the psychosocial intervention that was carried out in the Bellavista neighborhood north of Quito through the services of the "Casa Somos Bellavista" community center, the systematization seeks to publicize the scope of the work carried out during 6 months within the neighborhood, in which a diagnosis was made that allowed to highlight the neighborhood problems and from which intervention strategies were generated. This work has a cross-sectional approach, because it was carried out in a specific population (age groups), boys and girls of (6-12) years, adolescents of (13-16) years, youth of (17-28) years, adults (29-59), and older adults (60 or more) and at a defined time, in which a series of key data was collected. Within this period of intervention, the organizational strengthening of the Bellavista neighborhood was sought. The systematization seeks to emphasize the importance of intervention at the level of the neighborhood organization, which is the importance of the organizational structure, the different roles within the neighborhood, the neighborhood dynamics and its similarity with the business organization. |
