Desarrollo de aplicación web para la gestión de historial médico de pacientes de la clínica San Miguel

Abstract

This project proposes the design of the web application, which meets the requirements for the implementation and operation of the same, at the "San Miguel" clinic. In which, the officials have the necessary tools to manage the information of the patients of the clinic in an appropriate manner. As a result, the institution will acquire a system in which they will be able to streamline the procedure and manage patient records and consultation times; counting on safe information minute by minute and thus create loyalty with each patient that requests some type of service in said institution.
