| Abstract: | The waste audit was carried out in the packing company Empacreci SA located in the canton of Duran, as the main objective is to evaluate the waste generated by the company's activities and to determine that the requirements established by the laws in Ecuador are complied with. In order to comply with current legal requirements and avoid possible fines by the regulatory entity that would be the Ministry of the Environment. For the analysis of it was considered as established in Ministerial Agreement No. 061 Reform of Book VI of the Unified Text of Secondary Legislation, the Environmental License in force in the company, and the last Environmental Management Plan approved by the competent regulatory body. |
| Translated abstract: | La auditoría de residuos se desarrolló en la empresa empacadora Empacreci S.A ubicada en el cantón Duran, como principal objetivo es evaluar los residuos generados por las actividades de la empresa y determinar que se cumpla con los requerimientos establecidos por las Leyes en el Ecuador, con el fin de cumplir los requisitos legales vigentes y evitar las posibles multas por parte del ente regulador que sería el Ministerio del Ambiente. Para el análisis del mismo se consideró lo establecido en el Acuerdo Ministerial No. 061 Reforma del Libro VI del Texto Unificado de Legislación Secundaria, la Licencia Ambiental vigente en la empresa, y el último Plan de Manejo Ambiental aprobado por el ente regulador competente. |
