| Abstract: | The work is oriented to the analysis of the management of the neighborhood presidents of the city of Cuenca and their ways of facing the responsibility of leaders. The results comes from the application of a survey, have contributed with significant information and are expected to be a fundamental contribution to the neighborhood and municipal organization. |
| Translated abstract: | El trabajo se orienta al análisis de la gestión de los presidentes barriales de la ciudad de Cuenca y sus formas de afrontar la responsabilidad de líderes. Los resultados, fruto de la aplicación de una encuesta, han contribuido con información significativa y se espera que sea un aporte fundamental para la organización barrial y municipal. |
