| Resumen traducido: | El objetivo general de la investigación fue elaborar un Plan de mejora que contribuya a incrementar la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores de la Dirección General del Registro Civil, Identificación y Cedulación de la agencia San Blas. En la implantación del Plan salieron a la luz algunas experiencias positivas y negativas manifestadas por el personal de la Institución, como resultado de los cambios propuestos. Estas novedades se expusieron en el presente Trabajo de Titulación, cuyo objetivo fue el de sistematizar las experiencias encontradas. Estas prácticas servirán para retroalimentar en un futuro proyecto, ya sea de la misma institución o de otra que la autora considere necesario aplicar. En el diseño del proyecto se consideró la aplicación de encuestas para conocer el grado de satisfacción laboral y el desempeño de los trabajadores de la institución, y en la implantación se realizaron reuniones, talleres, charlas para motivar al personal. Como resultado del proceso de implantación del Plan de mejoras, se logró que los trabajadores manifiesten su agrado o desagrado con los cambios propuestos, situaciones que se convierten en las experiencias manifestadas en este trabajo. Se concluyó que un buen Clima laboral favorece la satisfacción de los trabajadores y un desempeño eficiente, que se traduce en una mayor productividad para la Institución. |
| Resumen : | The general objective of the investigation was to elaborate an Improvement Plan that contributes to increase the labor satisfaction of the workers of the General Direction of the Civil Registry, Identification and Cedulation of the agency San Blas. In the implementation of the Plan, some positive and negative experiences expressed by the staff of the Institution as result of the proposed changes. These novelties presented in the present titling work, whose objective was to systematize the experiences found. Either these practices will serve to feed back into a future project, from the same institution or from another that, the author deems necessary to apply. In design of the project, the investigator considered the application of surveys to know the degree of job satisfaction and the performance of the workers of the institution, and in the implementation were held meetings, workshops, and talks to motivate the staff. Product of the implementation process of the Improvement Plan, workers were able to express their satisfaction or dislike with the proposed changes, situations that become the experiences manifested in this work. In conclusion, a good working climate favors the satisfaction of workers and an efficient performance, which translates into greater productivity for the Institution |
