| Abstract: | El presente trabajo de sistematización se enfoca en la reestructuración de vínculos de mujeres adultas víctimas de violencia intrafamiliar, usuarias del Centro de Equidad y Justicia Eloy Alfaro, mediante la intervención grupal psicológica de 8 participantes, con un rango de edad que va desde los 38 a los 70 años, durante el periodo de abril a agosto del 2016. Las categorías de análisis definidas son las estrategias de resolución de problemas, la comunicación asertiva y la resignificación del rol de género femenino. La metodología que se empleó fue de tipo cualitativa, la recolección de datos se realizó mediante la observación participante y los diarios de campo. De esta forma se logró la reconstrucción de la experiencia, la comprensión y profundización de la problemática, así como también favoreció la generación de aprendizajes, posibilitando la apropiación de sentidos. Se obtuvieron resultados favorables respecto a la comprensión de sus conflictos vinculares y mientras se mantuvo el trabajo de intervención grupal, se registró a nivel familiar, el mejoramiento de la relación con los miembros de su familia, promoviendo la comunicación y el respeto mutuo. Y a nivel personal, las mujeres lograron la revalorización y empoderamiento de sus roles femeninos. Además permitió identificar las fortalezas y debilidades del proceso llevado a cabo, las cuales podrán ser consideradas, a modo de guía, para futuras intervenciones grupales que aborden la misma problemática social. |
| Translated abstract: | The present work of systematization focuses on the restructuring of emotional bonds of adult women victims of intrafamily violence, users of the Eloy Alfaro Justice and Equity Center, through the psychological group intervention of 8 participants, ranging in age from 38 to 70 years old, during the period of April to August of 2016. The analysis categories defined are the strategies of resolution of problems, the assertive communication and the resignification of role of feminine gender. The methodology that was used was of qualitative type, the gathering of data was carried out by means of the participant observation and the field newspapers. This way it was achieved the reconstruction of the experience, the understanding and deepening of the problem, as well as it favored the generation of learnings, facilitating the appropriation of senses. Favorable results were obtained with respect to the understanding of their binding conflicts and while the work of group intervention was maintained, it was registered at the family level, the improvement of the relationship with the members of his family, promoting the communication and the mutual respect. And on a personal level, women achieved the revaluation and empowerment of their female roles. It also allowed to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the process carried out, which will be able to be considered, by way of guide, for future interventions groups that approach the same social problem. |
