| Abstract: | This document consists of the diagnosis of the climate in which labor is carried out in the Department of Infant Development (DID), of the central municipal office of the city of Cuenca. The objective is to identify the positive and negative characteristics of the environment in of the work place. These results will dictate future steps taken by administration of the DID and the assessment of these actions. |
