| Abstract: | El motivo de la investigación y del desarrollo de este artículo es profundizar y analizar la transición histórico-social que transformó a la Hacienda “La Clementina” en la cooperativa de trabajadores “COOPROCLEM”; además, estudiar este proceso en relación con sus trabajadores, quienes pasan desde un papel de dependientes a propietarios, papel de doble rostro: son dueños de la hacienda, en cuanto miembros de la cooperativa y también empleados. De esta manera, la intención de este artículo es mostrar la perspectiva que revela la realidad histórica que persistió en el sistema de hacienda desde la Colonia hasta la República y su poder sobre la dominación de la tierra; también, la transición que actualmente el gobierno, a través de los respectivos organismos estatales, está llevando a cabo en La Clementina a fin de generar estrategias y resultados que beneficien a los trabajadores y refuercen a través de ellos la credibilidad en la cooperativa y la hacienda, para lograr el bien común y la convicción de que ahora son propietarios. |
| Translated abstract: | The reason underneath this research of the investigation is to deepen and analyze the social – historic transition which has mutated “La Clementina” farm, and its people’s instinct; As a matter of fact, they are at the same time, affected by the double role they play. One on hand, as the farm´s owners because they are members of the cooperative which rules it, and on the other hand, as employees of the same business. So, the intention of the essay is to evidence the perspective which shows the historic reality that remains in the farm system and its power over land dominance in the country. Another goal is to show transition that the government with the cooperative and public institutions together are doing to boost and generate strategies and results that benefit the employees and reinforce the cooperative’s reliability and the farm through them, in order to produce and distribute common wealth and the conviction that now own the farm. |
