| Resumen traducido: | Este trabajo analizará tres discursos del presidente ecuatoriano, Rafael Correa, sobre la propuesta de restructuración a la justicia. Hecho que ocurrió durante 2011 en Ecuador. El análisis tendrá por objetivo encontrar las intenciones o posturas del Primer Mandatario respecto a este proceso. La metodología implementada para desarrollar esta iniciativa tomará figuras literarias que el Jefe de Estado utiliza en su discurso y las categorizará de acuerdo con LA metodología que establece Daniel Prieto Castillo. Una vez que los tres documentos sean analizados, los resultados de este proceso serán contrastados con características ideológicas, preestablecidas del Mandatario y el contexto en el que se desarrollaron los discursos. Al contrastar estos elementos se establecerán premisas que revelarán la postura del Primer Mandatario frente al proceso de restructuración de la justicia en Ecuador. |
| Resumen : | This paper will examine three speeches by Ecuadorian President Rafael Correa, on the proposal for restructuring to justice. Which occurred in 2011 in Ecuador. The analysis will aim to find, intentions or positions of Chief Executive regarding this process . The methodology used to develop this initiative will literary figures that the Head of State to use in his speech and categorized according to methodology established by Daniel Prieto Castillo. Once the three documents are analyzed , the results of this process will be contrasted with ideological characteristics , preset the president and the context in which the speeches were developed. By contrasting these elements reveal premises of the president 's position against restructuring process of justice in Ecuador was established. |
