Análisis del ingreso familiar y su incidencia en la seguridad alimentaria de hogares de Guayaquil, año 2021

Abstract

The work shows the different problems that exist in food security and the axes that intervene and must be followed to regulate it. In this regard, food security establishes a strategic objective and points out, as part of the State´s obligations, to guarantee that the population achieves self-sufficiency in healthy and appropriate food, turning this into a basic element of public health. The study arises with the objective of evidencing factors of food insecurity in Guayaquil. The work shows the different problems that exist in food security and the appropriate axes that must be followed to regulate food insecurity.
