Feminización en la profesión docente en los niveles: Preparatoria, Básica Elemental y Básica Media, un estudio de caso en las provincias de Carchi y Pichincha

Abstract

This bachelor's degree thesis examines the problem of teacher feminization, focusing on the gaps that give way to its reproduction and growth in the school context, with the main objective being the analysis and relationship between this phenomenon and schooling practice. The methodology is qualitative through the descriptive hand in hand with the bibliographical theoretical review. The processing of the input commences from the inquiry of the sample of four teachers, the transcription in field diaries, and the relationship with the categories proposed in the theoretical framework. Regarding the results achieved, they allowed us to know the different perspectives of the pollees as a significant contribution to knowing the causes and consequences of the research topic. To conclude, decisions are established that respond to specific objectives.
