Sistema IOT para el monitoreo, control de personal y ordenes de pedido en restaurante Los Tres Guabos

Abstract

This project refers to the design and implementation of a wireless system consisting of sensors and controllers associated with a network that allows the exchange of data using the ESP NOW communication protocol that identifies the location of orders placed by customers quickly and efficiently for better care, the project uses an RFID and IoT network for information management creating a user interface where relevant information is displayed about the place occupied by customers within the restaurant Los Tres Guabos located in the parish of Amaguaña, the wireless system will be composed of several ESP32 controllers that manage data with a master controller and several slaves, through ESP NOW communication collect information from the network of RFID sensors located in different areas of the restaurant, the service and control of the staff are registered at the time of finalizing the order by the same person, bringing the passive tag attached to the file the RFID reader itself that shows a table with the names of the staff helped by a graphic interface in which the name is selected, for the confirmation of the registration a buzzer was placed which only sounds if the process is done correctly, also send this data to the cloud for monitoring customer service through specialized hardware and software.
